My favorite class was step aerobics, especially because my instructor had a special way of making the class fun, using a lot of dance-like moves, so that you forgot you were actually working out. A few years, later, I knew that teaching step aerobics was something that I wanted to do! I trained with an instructor and taught my first class in 2006.
