I've been taking Michele's classes since 2008 and they are absolutely phenomenal. She is so enthusiastic, funny, motivational, and really kicks my butt! From sports conditioning to boot camp, Michele comes up with new routines with new stories to tell to keep class interesting and fun! I recommend Michele's class to everyone and anyone as she adapts her workouts to suit a beginner, a marathon runner, and everyone in between - you just move at your own pace. I will never stop taking Michele's classes. I'm addicted to her energy and I guarantee you will be too!!!
