Lindsay's spin class is all about pushing yourself further than you think you can go and just having fun. Her spin routines are not boring. They keep you engaged. She does it so that every move she gives you goes with the beat of the music and the music is GOOD! When you start feeling like you've had just about enough she reminds you that "YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE! YOU ARE FIERCE! YOU GOT THIS!"
