Swaha cycle is 45 mins of spin followed by 45-60 mins of yoga. I never feel as good as when I walk out of that class. It's my ideal workout. But it's really Lindsay that makes the class. She's easily the best spin instructor at Chalk. She's really clear about what we're doing, which allows me to push myself knowing that my sprint will end in 30 seconds. And she's good about lining everything up to the music so it's almost subconscious. She also doesn't waste time with push-ups that don't do any good, just mess with your lower back. Then she's an incredible yoga instructor and guides us through a thorough but soothing session. I can not say enough about this class or Lindsay. I just know that now I schedule my weeks around her classes.
